Portable cabins rental: agreement with the Spanish Employment Agency of Madrid

 

Europa Prefabri, a group of companies with more than 30 years of experience in the area of modular construction and design, manufacture and installing of parking canopies, has reached an agreement for the supply of portable cabins with the Official Employment Agency of Madrid’s Community. This is a two year-term contract and has a value of 300.000 euro.

Portable cabins rental: technical features

On the contract, the rental of the following prefabricated portable cabins models has been agreed:

• Portable cabins 15m² Model ANA 6000:
  • Thermal isolation.
  • With shutters and windows.
  • Electric installation for different uses and lighting.
  • Air conditioning winter/summer.

• Portable cabins 20m² Model ANA 8000:
  • Thermal isolation.
  • With shutters and windows.
  • Electric installation for different uses and lighting.
  • Air conditioning winter/summer.

• Portable cabins with WC and office, 15m² Model C-2:
  • Thermal isolation.
  • With shutters and windows.
  • Electric installation for different uses and lighting.
  • Air conditioning winter/summer.
  • Sink and WC.

  

• Prefabricated modules with 2 offices, 15m² Model C-1:
  • Thermal isolation.
  • With shutters and windows.
  • Electric installation for different uses and lighting.
  • Air conditioning winter/summer.

• Portable bathroom cabins, isolated, with showers and WC 15m². Model SN30P:
  • Thermal isolation.
  • With shutters and windows.
  • Electric installation for different uses and lighting.
  • Air conditioning winter/summer.
  • Sink and WC.
  • Showers, water taps and electric boiler.

• Portable isolated bathroom cabins with WC, 15m². Model SN6000:
  • Thermal isolation.
  • With shutters and windows.
  • Electric installation for different uses and lighting.
  • Air conditioning winter/summer.
  • Sink and WC.

We will also supply isolated containers, with the following characteristics:

• 8 m²  containers with thermal isolation. Model LC10.

• 15 m² containers with thermal isolation. Model LC120.

Europa Prefabri Group will also develop transportation, installation and maintenance of all the portable cabins rented.
