What are the prefabricated detachable warehouses?

It is a completely detachable industrial unit, composed by a prefabricated modular metallic structure. The roofing and facades are incorporated to this structure. These can be perfectly adapted to the needs of the customer, as it’s a really versatile construction.

What is a prefabricated foldable warehouse?

It is a modular industrial unit that can be easily detachable and modified.

It is composed by the union of independent modules. The structure of these modules is made by cold laminated galvanized profiles that compose porticos.  Besides, the whole warehouse has its both open sides closed through gables.

The secret of the foldable warehouse is its foldable metallic structure, perfectly detachable and easy to re-assemble. It can be easily relocated.

Transportation and assembly of the prefabricated warehouses

The structures are totally detachable. This way, they can be transported in sea containers or trucks using a minimal space. The assembly at the delivery place is fast and easy, even if all the materials are provided disassembled. For the assembly, it is indispensable to use a crane and we also highly recommend to use a lifting platform.

PREFABRICATED SOCIAL HOUSE PANAMA

Prefabri Steel has successfully delivered the first of the Viviendas de Interes Preferencial (Social housing) at La Chorrera area, next to Panama City, with a buildable area of 97.15 sqm plus a porch of 24.21sqm.

The full assembling of all panels, trusses and roof, has only taken 4 working days, by the local team of workers, under the supervision of our Spanish engineer who travelled there to oversee the entire process.

Our Steel Frame prefab system, is registered under the Republic of Panama building regulations

 

PARKING BOSCH MADRID

PREFABRICATED MODULAR OFFICES IN MADRID

Here are some pictures of a new modular building with offices. It has been made for FCC company in Madrid. We executed the fabrication and the assembly of this building within two months only. It deals with standard prefabricated modules superimposed, but with a metallic platform in order to gain space.

This is one of the biggest modular constructions projects we realized this year in Spain. Once again, an important client chose us to fabricate and assembly this building.

FERIA OF MALAGA
