TEXTILE CANOPIES FOR PETROL STATIONS

We would like to present to you various applications of the textile marquees. Apart from the common use as the car park shelters our textile canopies are widely used at the petrol stations for designated areas (vacuum cleaning or other provided services). In the last few years we have installed a great number of textile canopies at the petrol stations all around Spain. Our clients tend to choose among  varied metal and textile canopies that we manufacture due to their innovative design.

The canopies shown in the photos are from Malaga and Alicante petrol stations.

 

MODULES FOR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICES

Our modular constructions are particulary recommended for all kind of companies that need a workspace, both temporary and permanent, installed in a short period of time and paying special attention to design besides safety and quality of materials. Our modular constructions are fully customized and the client could choose between a wide range of variety in materials and different levels of accessorization depending on the use.

Here we offer an example of special modules manufactured for an important car rental company we are installing in different cities of France. In this case, our client has selected special panels and structure painted in corporate colors, as well as additional elements (air conditioning, furniture, glazing…) that we also offer to give a complete service so our clients do not have to worry about anything.

This company decided to use our prefabricated structures in all their new headquarters in France, considering the advantage that it is not necessary to anchored to the floor, which is relevant because most of the constructions are located in airport and stations car parks.  We plan the production and assembly of more than 50 modules in the coming months.

CARREFOUR CAR PARK SHELTER

As part of the works for the remodeling the Carrefour Shopping Center, located in Las Rozas (Madrid), the company owning Carrefour Property adjudicated us with the car park works, including the construction and installation of car park shelters besides the remodeling of the existing ones (markers, painting…)

Once more EUROPA PREFABRI has proved it is capable to implement great projects of surface car parks for shopping centers, airports, stations or public and private buildings.

EXPOMINA PERU 2014

This year our modules were present in the new edition of EXPOMINA, that took place in Lima (Peru) from 10th to 12th September, 2014.

It is the biggest fair in Lima specialized in products and services for mining. The event has congregated an important number of entrepreneurs and suppliers of the mining industry.

On this occasion, we have been present through ALQUIMODUL SAC, our subsidiary in Peru and accompanied by our partners Zitron and Industrial Supplies AOM.

JUVENTUS SOCCER SCHOOL SPAIN

We show some photographs from the prefabricated classrooms installed in Guadalajara, that will be used to give soccer classes at the school created by the Italian team Juventus Football Team of Turin in this Spanish town.

In this case, all the modules meet the technical special requirements requested by the client and, like the rest of our modular construction, they have been designed to provide a space solution over a short period of time and special attention to finishes.

 

LOCAL FAIR IN MALAGA

Prefabri won the town council procurement tender of portakabins for the local fair held in Malaga every August for the next 4 years. This year we supplied 64 modules for several purposes (emergency rooms, Police, Security guard, council offices etc). All the modules come equipped with the air conditioning taking into account extremely hot summers in Malaga. Last fair was very successful and we hope too see you there next year. We will have our own portakabin to host our clients offering the local specialties. Once again, we proved to be a reliable company in terms of transport and logistics providing modular facilities, portable toilets and barriers for a rent.

GOLF PRACTICE SHELTER AT ZARAGOZA AIR BASE

MINING PROJECTS IN PERU

Last few months we have executed through our subsidiary company in Peru several projects of modular offices and bedrooms made ​​from prefabricated modules installed in different mining projects in Peru such as Contonga or Raura mines. Right now we are developing more projects in other mines of this country whose mining sector is one of the most important in the world.

Our clients are important contractors working in the mines and have chosen our modules because of the easy transportation as Flat-Pack which reduces the costs of transportation and installation respect other systems as well as our insulating sandwich polyurethane panels that provide a thermal insulation much higher than other types of panels which is very important in this type of projects located in remote areas at 5000 meters above sea level with extreme temperatures.

CONTROL ROOM

During the present month of August we have manufactured and assembled this special modular construction for an important Dutch engineering company who is running the construction of a gas treatment plant in La Rioja, Spain.

This modular building will be used as control room of the plant when it is operational. It is therefore a permanent building. In this project client has chosen a special panel with internal rockwool insulation due to the better fire behavior of this type of panel.

We have also installed some other special items such as grab bars in the doors, double glazing on the windows and outside door, metal staircase and access ramp, special HVAC system and others.

A new project that demonstrates Europe Prefabri capacity to manufacture and install modular buildings of special technical features with the highest quality and the best finishes.

MODULAR OFFICE WITH HIDDEN STRUCTURE

We present a new modular office building project performed by the union of standard prefabricated modules but in this case we have installed a double sandwich panel for walls in order to get a construction with hidden structure that provides a different look with a more attractive design than classic modular buildings and a double insulation, also other elements as false ceiling, doors, windows and roof in corporate color, wooden floors and hidden wiring.
