The pedestrian walkway canopy will connect the bus parking lot with Terminal 1 at the airport
At Europa Prefabri we have always been concerned about the protection of vehicles from weather conditions, without forgetting, of course, the protection of pedestrians. That is why we have designed a pedestrian walkway canopy to protect users of surface car parks during their transfer from its vehicle to the airport building. Our goal is to provide comfort to users while they move to the gate with luggage, bags, baby pushchairs, etc.
Once again, the company Padecasa has counted on us and has trusted us for the installation of a pedestrian walkway canopy in the bus parking area of Terminal 1 of Madrid Bajaras Airport.
We have covered 163 linear meters of walkway with a polycarbonate cover. The walkway covers the entire path so that users can move more comfortably from the bus parking lot to the terminal entrance, avoiding direct exposure to rain, wind and solar radiation.
The airport provides to its users all the facilities they need to start their holidays, business trips or family visits in the best possible way. To this end, they decided to install parking canopies developer by Europa Prefabri, including the models listed below:
Parking canopies for airports:
- Design, transport and assembly of parking canopies for Madrid Barajas Airport: 1.300 parking spaces, on which we previously carried out the dissembling of more than 1.200 spaces and the cleaning of the area. Works developed in 4 phases: installation of tensile canopy, installation of carports for a VIP parking, a pedestrian walkway…
- Design, transportation and assembly of car parking shade for AENA at Málaga’s Airport, where we installed 90 cantilever carports model “OLA”, with a wave shaped roof. The distribution was of two simple modules, the first for 59 spaces and the second for 31 spaces. We also assembled three special parking canopies to cover the entrance and exit barriers of the parking, as well as another special canopy to cover the ATM.
- We carried out the design and installation of 1.200 parking canopies for San Javier Airport at Murcia. In this case, our client chose the “OLA” model.
